1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "ph2227," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the ph2227 online gaming platform, its operators, and any affiliated entities operating under PAGCOR authorisation.

3 Eligibility

3.1 To be eligible to register and use the ph2227 Platform, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a natural person capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Philippine law;
• Not be registered as a self-excluded player on ph2227 or on any PAGCOR-administered exclusion register;
• Not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of ph2227 or any of its affiliated entities, or an immediate family member of such a person;
• Not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal or restricted.

3.2 ph2227 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3.3 Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the ph2227 Platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. ph2227 accepts no liability for any Player's non-compliance with local laws.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) active Account on the ph2227 Platform at any time. Opening duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

4.2 When registering an Account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information;
• Update your information promptly if any details change;
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share your password with any third party;

4.3 ph2227 is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4.4 Accounts registered using false, misleading, or fraudulent information will be suspended immediately upon discovery. Any funds held in such accounts are subject to forfeiture.

4.5 Account Currency

All ph2227 accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). Transactions are processed in PHP. Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your sole responsibility.

5 KYC & Identity Verification

5.1 In accordance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws of the Philippines, ph2227 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing any withdrawal.

5.2 The KYC process requires submission of:

• A valid, government-issued Philippine photo ID (e.g., passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, UMID, Voter's ID);
• Proof of address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the past three months), where requested;
• Additional documentation as reasonably requested by ph2227's compliance team.

5.3 KYC verification is a one-time process per Account. Once approved, it remains valid unless ph2227's compliance team requests an update due to a change in circumstances or regulatory requirement.

5.4 ph2227 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Withdrawal requests submitted by unverified accounts will be placed on hold until verification is finalised.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

ph2227 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction are displayed in the cashier section of your Account and may be updated from time to time.

All deposits are credited to your Account in Philippine Peso (₱) and are subject to verification. ph2227 reserves the right to reverse or withhold a deposit pending investigation if there is reason to suspect fraudulent activity or money laundering.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal can be processed;
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are prohibited;
• The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is displayed in the cashier section of your Account;
• ph2227 targets processing of GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within one (1) hour during standard operating hours, though processing times may vary during peak periods or where additional verification is required;
• ph2227 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that triggers AML review thresholds.

6.3 Prohibited Transactions

Deposits made with the intent to withdraw without genuine wagering activity constitute prohibited "money-passing" behaviour and may result in immediate Account suspension and reversal of all transactions.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 ph2227 offers various bonuses, promotions, and incentive programmes to registered players. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms published alongside each offer.

7.2 General bonus conditions applicable across all ph2227 promotions:

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money funds and must meet the applicable Wagering Requirement before conversion to withdrawable cash;
• Wagering Requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the promotion terms — expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically;
• Only one bonus offer may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms;

8 Game Rules & Fair Play

8.1 All games available on the ph2227 Platform are provided by licensed third-party game providers. Each game is governed by its own published rules, which are accessible within the game interface.

8.2 ph2227's slot and table games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently tested and certified to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. ph2227 does not control or influence game outcomes in any way.

9 Prohibited Conduct

9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph2227 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any time;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund your Account;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to exploit the Platform;
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or AI-assisted tool to interact with the Platform's games or wagering systems;
• Engaging in money-passing — depositing funds without genuine gaming intent solely to withdraw via a different payment method;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the security, integrity, or functionality of the Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ph2227 staff or other platform users in any communication channel.

9.2 ph2227 cooperates fully with PAGCOR, Philippine law enforcement agencies, and financial regulators in investigating suspected fraudulent or criminal activity. Player information may be shared with authorities where required by law.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

10.1 ph2227 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A Player violates any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• KYC verification cannot be completed satisfactorily;
• Suspicious activity consistent with fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse is detected;
• A Player is found to be under the age of 21;
• A self-exclusion request is made by the Player;
• ph2227 is required to act by PAGCOR or another competent authority.

10.2 Where an Account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, any balance held in the Account may be forfeited. Where an Account is closed for operational or regulatory reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.

10.3 Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.

11 Responsible Gaming

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

15.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) calendar days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the applicable regulatory authority, or to the appropriate Philippine courts having jurisdiction.

15.4 Players agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

16 Amendments to These Terms

16.1 ph2227 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised Terms will be published at https://ph2227.net/terms-conditions with an updated effective date.

16.2 For material changes — those that significantly affect Player rights or obligations — ph2227 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via email or an in-platform notification.

16.3 If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account as described in Clause 10.3. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
